Are there certain foods I should start with or can I eat my OMAD without a problem?
I would love a steak, but I could do a piece of fish and some grilled shrimp? If those aren’t good options, what should I start with?
I always start with watermelon because it’s easy to digest, then eat meat or whatever a couple hours later. My longest fast was 12 days.
I recommend you stay away from processed foods like cookies, and chips while you are refeeding.
I haven’t started refeed yet but my plan when I end my 40 days is bone broth and a few hours later have a boiled egg. Just ease into protein slowly and avoid carbs for a day or so that way my sugar doesn’t get messed up.
