I did IF for 2 months and lost a few pounds however i developed major gut issues. Fyi, I did not have coffee during fasting period. Now after 2 months of IF, my stomach gets gassy post dinner until i freshen up next day. Anyone else faced the same issue? Please suggest how can i go back to normal
What “freshen up” means? Is it euphemism for pooping?
Lactofermentated foods like pickles (in brine - salt, water, spices, no vinegar), sauerkraut, kimchi, etc, and greek yoghurt.I eat sauerkraut twice daily. Just 50g or less and full fat Greek yoghurt whenever I can. I believe it’s helpful.
