So when I do a 72 h fast I have trouble falling asleep. Someone else got this problem and if yes what is your solution.
You can try supplementing with magnesium. After a few days of the highest daily recommended dose, you may find sleep difficulty corrected should you be someone with low magnesium (very common). I personally like magnesium citrate. It’s relatively inexpensive and isn’t likely to have a laxative effect at the recommended dose where the oxide firm might. This alone may solve your sleep issue. This worked wonderfully for us.
