Finding it hard to not quit my water fast. Any tips would be appreciated!
Do u have a job? For me, I sleep for 8 hours, and at work for 10 hours, so thats 18 hours where Im distracted from eating. The remaining 6 hours I try to do something else to distract myself from eating.
I don’t really struggle with “real hunger” is more a psychological craving like I want a croisssant or pizza. Is really specific rather than just “oh my god I’m dying of hunger”.
If you have any real stomach pain or real hunger then your body is telling you something.
If it’s like mine then is mental game… Once I achieved the 4 days I’m like “I’m not going to quit now, I’m far on the process”. Some people reward themselves like putting five bucks on a jar for every day that they didn’t spend on food and when refeding start they get a nice meal at their fav restaurant.
s all put in is also about being busy, isn’t any project that you have to do or some thing that need extra study hours? Then focus on that.
