How to stop acid reflux during fasting?

As the title mentioned, I want to know how I can get rid of acid reflux during fasting.

I started doing keto just last month and have been fasting for 16 to 20 hrs each day.

Then I tried doing autophagy to try and get rid of my eye floaters.

I’m currently at 54 hr fasting and my goal is 72. But I’m starting to feel dizzy despite drinking lots of water. And getting acid reflux.

I read somewhere about eating a pinch of salt for the dizziness (because of lack of electrolytes or something). Will it not break my fast?

Answer

Sodium (salt) is necessary for our bodies to function. It won’t break your fast. Try to avoid iodized salt and use something like himalayan. You can also buy a 0 calorie, 0 sugar added electrolyte mix to help. Having the right balance of electrolytes during extended fasts will help you avoid dizziness, naseau, brain fog, headaches, etc.
