How to supplement electrolytes without wanting tho throw up?

Recently I’ve been getting a lot better at fasting for 4-5 days at a time but I keep having to cut it short because I simply can’t stomach the taste of electrolyte water. I use nosalt, table salt, and a magnesium supplement. But the water I mix it in tastes so damn salty that I can’t keep it down on a fast. Any tips?

Answer

The night before I fast for a day, I brew a gallon of tea. To that I add 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp no salt, the juice of one lemon, and just enough zero calorie flavoring to balance the salt. It tastes like weak Gatorade and it gets the job done!

Answer

Magnesium supplement is easy. NoSalt and sodium, I strongly recommend getting your daily amount through the day. A little bit in each glass of water makes it much more bearable. I actually don’t mind water with a bit of salt in it

Answer

For salt I use bouillon cubes.1 cube contains almost 5g natrium-chloride and its tasty AF :)

I also use an electrolyte drink, for zinc, magnesium, and potassium. Unfortunatelly it made my stomach acid high, but if i drink it with food, its okay.

For the necessary extra potassium, I take it pill form.
