I have experience dry fasting, but I feel like my results would’ve been way better if I prepped properly. Other than just drinking insane amounts of water and electrolytes, what do you guys do to prep. And do you think the way you prep has allowed you to lose more weight? TIA
I just make sure I’ve got things to do, keeping busy and distracted is the key for me. Completely forget I need to eat or drink after 48 hours.
Stay away from extremely intense workouts or situations where you can lose a significant amount of water through sweat in a short time.
