It’s still better than the god awful low calorie crash diets we’ve all put ourselves on in the past! I don’t know about you, but I’d rather eat either zero calories or maintenance calories any day.
even the hunger I feel on a fast, is nothing compared to the hunger you experience when limiting yourself to 900 calories a day. screw that! :)
Oh god, the ravening hunger of “no thanks, I’m not snacking between meals”, when your meals are dry toast, a small salad, and a bit of boiled fish with a squeeze of lemon next to some overcooked broccoli.
