Hungrier now that I started lifting weights.

I’ve been doing IF for about 6 weeks now, at a minimum 16:8 but most days is 20:4/OMAD. I felt pretty good and there were days I did 24hrs no problem. I started lifting weights and walking 45 minutes. I’m struggling to get to 16hrs. Any advice?

Now that you are burning more calories, your body definitely needs more healthy calories. Up your protein intake, add fiber and other healthy stuff and that should take care of it! Adding chia seeds to your diet also helps a lot in keeping you full. Best of luck! 👍👍

I started lifting too. I’m a lot hungrier. I’m playing with upping my calories and being better about nailing protein.

OMAD didn’t work for me as I can’t get all my calories into one meal or a short window. If I’m waking up hungry I find adding a bit more fat to my evening meal helps
