Now that you are burning more calories, your body definitely needs more healthy calories. Up your protein intake, add fiber and other healthy stuff and that should take care of it! Adding chia seeds to your diet also helps a lot in keeping you full. Best of luck! 👍👍
I started lifting too. I’m a lot hungrier. I’m playing with upping my calories and being better about nailing protein.
OMAD didn’t work for me as I can’t get all my calories into one meal or a short window. If I’m waking up hungry I find adding a bit more fat to my evening meal helps
