Has anybody healed their thyroid with dry fasting? Also,it it ok to not take the pill for one day or two while I’m fasting?
You should probably talk to your doctor about not taking the pills. Don´t remember exactly unfortunately but I am afraid this could be one of the diagnoses that should avoid dry fasting. :/ Maybe someone could double check dr. Filinovs book? I read something about it there.
Either way, chronic diseases are less likely to be restored the worse it is/longer it has existed and especially the more/longer one has tried to medicate it. I can´t tell from your post but maybe you get a clue yourself from that statement. I mean the idea is to kill the disease before it kills the human so there´s a limit.
Definitely don´t do dry fasting while taking meds or go off meds without consulting a doctor.
