Title says all! I made a post here last month about starting and although the first half of September was good, a very close friend passed away and binged my way through the depression but since I am feeling a lot better now I want to get back on track to my goal weight of 120. But I got a dexa scan done yesterday and was horrified..lol. Would this be safe for me to do to jumpstart my weight loss? I feel like my body fat is high enough but I’m not exactly sure so any advice is helpful!!!

There are people who did longer fasts even on lower body fat, like conor murphy 40 days water fasting.
All you gotta do is stop if you are not feeling okay with yourself.
