This new year I am starting by fasting, There is no time on this fast nor weight , I will be water fasting until I reach a specific body fat percentage! Any tips would be appreciated
The insomnia is brutal after the first 3 days. At least, this has been many many people’s experience with long fasts.
I’m currently on 300 hours and my nights have been progressively getting worse and worse.Like, not managing to fall asleep until 3 AM.
It’s not from hunger. That literally DISAPPEARS after the first 4/5 days. I’m thinking it must be from cortisol / stress hormones in general.
Anyway, if I were you, I’d be prepared to expect this as well, OP.
