I’ve just started 16:8, with my first meal at 12pm. I generally like to work out in the morning. I’ve want to start resistant training again and usually take 1/2 a scoop of prework beforehand and protein after. I can delay the protein till midday but curious to know if the preworkout will break the fast?
If you’re fasting I wouldn’t have thought doing any exercise that is strenuous enough to require pre-workout is a good idea. Not a doctor though - so this is purely opinion! May be worth checking with a doctor on this!
Edit. Always better to be over cautious and safe than doing serious harm
