After day 2 it just doesn’t exist. At least it can never grab a hold of you on a dry fast. If it pops up it’s like a memory that fades fast
Dude finally I have someone else confirm this experience of mine. It’s so true, I had severe anxiety and depression, and still do to a degree whenever I eat. But when I fast, it’s almost like an empty feeling when I’m in situations that would normally provoke anxiety. I’m like “What the heck, why is this feeling not there?” It’s like being forced to be calm, you don’t have a choice
