Edit: this is a vent/rant post, hence the flair.
If I consume that amount I get full and feel full. Then I’m good until the next day. I have had issues with binge eating, but it seems if I don’t eat like that every day i find it incredibly difficult to not snack.
Thankfully, I’m able to tame it with fruit.
What do you tend to binge eat? I’m newer to this but I’ve recently been trying to eat low carb and what’s been interesting is the less carbs I eat over time the less I seem to crave them; which has really helped give me self control on what I eat.
