I was going to make a similar point, this is life changing.
On day 8 of an extended fast and have gone further than the last 2 years of dieting.
It’s hard, but in some strange way feels easier than maintaining a diet.

I used to fast for around 5 days at a time and it always worked the same, lose 4-5 kgs break the fast put back 2-3 kgs over the next week and start again.
Now I’ve switched to eating keto (lazy because I’m lazy but my carbs are probably like 10grams) and the difference is mind blowing, the weight doesn’t come back and as you say sometimes it continues to fall off between fasts.
It really is a magic bullet.
