I can’t lose weight. Keep binging. What can i do ???
Mental health and fast 7 days. And if you can’t do 7 days start with one. Fasting has helped my binging, took a long time. But it’s better now.I like doing 72h fast and if I don’t feel good I eat and wait 1-2 days and start over.
Exercise minimum twice a week. Find something you like doing, then it’s less about exercise and more of going and having fun.
