I noticed that I have more cravings for chocolate and carbs like bread. I need to eat it to feel satisfied.
I eat at 12 to 8pm . The rest of the time I fast. I’ve been doing that since September 2021 to maintain my weight. Lately, I gained a bit because I broke the IF a few times (going to eat at weddings, birthdays and christmas parties) I also stopped exercising.
How do I stop thoses cravings ?
Here is an example of what I eat in a day :
12 am: 2 eggs sandwich (brown bread) with tomato and cheese, fruits
3PM : yogurt
4 PM: chocolate to satisfy my craving
6 to 8 pm : juice, beef, salad
From my own experience, I was able to cut those things out by looking into possible emotional reasons for those food choices. I wish you all the best and keep going :) I’ve been doing 16/8 for 4ish years now and its literally life changing.
