I eased into eating by starting with bone broth. Then the next day (yesterday) I had a small meal and a few hours later a bigger meal. Today i unintentionally did a 2.79 mile hike with my friend and my stomach is not happy with me lol. is it normal to have stomach pain doing physical activity after a long fast. It’s more so the outside of my stomach that hurts but the inside isn’t that happy ether.

what type of food did you eat when you broke your fast? if you broke your fast on something high in carbohydrates, it could have just been lingering stomach discomfort.
