Not a daily meat eater to begin with but on an empty stomach I really can’t tolerate it. When I was eating a lot more salty fatty foods I always wanted red meat. I think it might have been cravings induced by my previous diet because now I really can only eat fish.
I did Whole 30 a few years ago. When I started reintroducing food I could no longer eat seafood. I used to love it but I totally lost the taste for it after cutting it out. I never went back to it. I think it’s important to listen to your body.
Not sure if you live in a tick prone area, but it sounds like Alpha Gal. Totally random, but something to consider if it continues or worsens.
