"I Fasted for 5 Days and Walked 7 hours a Day" video with blood results

This youtuber “What I’ve Learned” just published a really interesting video I Fasted for 5 Days and Walked 7 hours a Day First, it wasn’t a strict fast. He basically followed a low carb fasting-mimicing diet of 300 calories a day. He exercised a lot during the fast and reports his blood test results.

EDIT: I agree with much of the nitpicking in the comments: his before/after pictures aren’t fair, he still ate a small amount each day, etc. But altogether I think the message behind the video is valuable, contains useful data, and more generally brings positive attention to the benefits of fasting. The data (amount of weight loss, blood lab levels) and the more personal experiences of energy levels, ability to exercise, and mental experiences he went through are all valuable for the people of this subreddit, and our friends and family that we might want to get familiar with the idea of fasting.

Answer

Slumped over, puffing out belly in first pic. Needless clickbait bullshit. What’s wrong with honesty. All that’s missing is the now bog-standard idiot thumbnail with his mouth hanging open in shock.

Sorry, but I hate staged nonsense.
