I feel full up - Should I lower calories?

I feel so full up I had to lay down and I feel a bit uncomfortable. Should I lower calories?

So I broke my fast(2PM) - had breakfast at 2 which was Oatmeal+protein powder with soya.

Then my Dinner(3pm) was Lasagne+Meatballs.

I also have a yoghurt and iced coffee to take yet(at 4-5pm)

What on earth should I do? This is my goal calories/macros for losing 1.5lb/week. (6’1,220lb)

Answer

Except for in situations where you’d not being getting nutritional minimums, listen to your body. If you’re full, stop eating.

I would start by disabling your tracker counting back your exercise calories and actually eat just your goal. The body is remarkably efficient and those numbers are rarely accurate. That’s 400 extra calories you don’t need to be cramming in. If that still feels like too much, then I would go back and tweak/redo your TDEE. It’s not a number set in stone, every body is a little different.
