I had the exact same thing.. I was 76kg four years ago and was done. Lost 16 kg within a year. But gained it back in the past years. Tried and tried again but just didnt have the motivation. Covid, stress, and just bad habits. Dont be to hard on yourself. Just try and try again. I did and just six weeks ago I managed to do it again. Lost 6kg untill now. I do mess up, but just take everyday as a new beginning. Good luck!!
It’s ok. You may need to experiment with scheduling you can live with. I am doing 16:8 with an eating time of 12 to 8. It’s made meals more convenient for me, although I love breakfast foods so we do breakfast for dinner sometimes.
