Slowly but surely I’m restarting to fast. Last year I fasted regularly and could even do 5 days of fasting with ease. The holidays really took me off track and only now I restarted to fast. Yesterday I did my first 24h fast in a while and I’m super proud. Now I’m doing a 36h fast and I scale up until 120h. Wish me luck!
I still am having difficulties getting through the weekend! Like I eat but then am like grossed out by food and wonder why I even break because food just tasted blah. Eh, fell but picking myself back up again!
