I just break my first 3 days dry fast…😭

It was the first time in my life I did a fast and it was for weight loss, it was really hard to resist, I didnt drink and eat nothing but today it was so hard, I was feeling so weak, I couldnt stand up without feelig dizzy and I was so bored too, I try really but I just could not resist and I decide to eat some fruits with water…

I have loose 2kg during the fast… And today my dad notice that I look skinnier… do u think I will get all my fat back because of the fruits ?

If I do dry fast 2 days then eat fruits water one day then dry fast again ? Will I still loose weight??

Great job. 3 days is great for a first fast ever.

The key thing this is going to do for you is in the coming weeks, you will feel like you have more control over appetite and eating. Then when you feel ready, try another 2-3 day fast.

The way the fast helps you is not the calories you don’t eat during the fast itself, but rather the control it gives you in the subsequent days and weeks, and the rebalancing of hormones and insulin sensitivity.

3 days is still really good for the first time!My first fast ever was also 3 days. Probably 13 or so years ago. Focus on rehydration but also find something to do. Even without the hunger, the boredom can still get you.
