My goal is not something I can achieve with diet or exercise
I just want to eliminate food and do it
I feel I have to do it if I want to face my depression
So how do I say no to my surroundings?
In my opinion, the best way to do it around people is to not tell them what you are doing at all and to just pretend that u have already eaten. Only tell your doctor cuz nobody else has to know. And yeah you can lose 20kg quickly with prolonged fasting. You can lose the whole 20kg on like 25 days of dry fasting.. but maybe cut it up into 3 parts would be easier
