I keep trying to fast but I'm weak willed.

how do I fast for 30 days if I cant even make it past day 2 ? longest fast I have ever done was 5 days but it was a sugar free redbull fast meaning I only consumed redbull for 5 days and I know that sounds crazy but I really wanted to see how it would feel to do a long fast. on the 5th day I woke up with a headache from literal hell !!! this headache felt like my brain had a vibrater inside of it for 6 hours then I decided I was doing something wrong and quit the fast but my plan was to do 30 days.

any tips on how to manage the first second and third day should I do dry fast ? also how long can I dry fast without water ? what sighs should I look out for during ( dry fasting) this type of fast ?

Red Bull is horrible for you, it’s not surprising you have a headache from hell. If you want to make it farther than day 2, switch to water at least. You’re going down a bad route with your drink choices as it is. Until you experiment with water fasting, I would stay away from dry fasting. Your headache would be 1000x worse with the drink choices you are making

If you want to fast you need to get comfortable with being uncomfortable and going without, after a few day of water fasting your body switches to ketosis and it’s much easier. I went 29 days and I was making food for the family some days just fine and with no tasting. It also took me years to finally buckle down and just do it, without my monkey brain controlling me. Rest when you need rest, even if you don’t feel you need it, rest. It really helps. Pray for the strength. Journal each morning. And read. Take alternate hot to cold showers and end on cold(unless before bed I do warm whole time) Have a clear goal in mind and envision how good you will feel when accomplished. That’s my advice. I’ve implemented all this and this has been my best fast yet.Prayer is huge for me

Sugar free red ball for 5 days is absolutely not fasting at all. You need to start with water fasting and start really small and gradually increase. Once mastered that try dry fasting. Sounds like you need to get fat adapted too, fasting is so easy after that.

Just go to bed. I will tell myself that if it’s still that hard once I wake up I’ll break it. Might as well close my eyes and check out for a few hours. Usually always wake up feeling more refreshed, and ready to take on the next few hours. Break it down into smaller chunks of time that you have to get through versus thinking about the days and weeks ahead. One day at a time right. And sometimes one evening at a time too. My ultimate goal is 30 days for spiritual growth and healing too so I’m rootin for ya.
