10 days shouldn’t be much more different than 5. Just make sure you’re taking your electrolytes, drinking enough, and if you are going to be doing manual work, take it easy (don’t over exert yourself). It does get quite boring after a while Lol… (I was working on 40 days, and over exerted myself on day 11, took a 36 hour small refeed, and now I’m Currently sitting at 18ish days total since the start. [4 days from the small refeed] )
