I have stationary bike that was given to me, I just ordered weights. I hate exercising with a passion, but I am still going to do it.
Start slow and make sure to stretch, it will prevent injury. I use a stationary bike 20-25 mins, 4-5x a week. I basically just watch 1 episode of a show while biking. The key is to track your heart rate, you don’t have to bike forever just enough to get your heart rate up.
Make sure you get enough protein. Research how much you need
Essential amino acids are a great pre-workout drink and will drive you through grueling or boring exercise
I like HIITs. Drink your EAAs, bang out a 10-15 minute HIIT, down a protein shake and hit the shower
The bike is good for cardio, but weightlifting will help you lose weight.
Look up high intensity interval training.
The idea is simple: Go harder for 30 minutes rather than working out for an hour or more on a bike etc.
Order a low weight kettlebell and do a workout like this:

Check out maffetone method heart rate training. It’s been awesome for me and I don’t hate cardio anymore. I’m also losing weight quickly and it has noticeably improved my mood.
There’s a podcast by a dude called Floris Gierman who talks about it a lot.
