44F; SW 157.3, CW 150, GW 130. 5’3”.
I was afraid to weigh in this morning and get discouraged but now I am so motivated to keep it up. I have also been doing the whole30 diet/dry January. I was planning on adding corn, beans, rice, and wine in moderation back into my diet starting 2/1 but now I’m wondering….should I mess with a good thing??? 🤔 My February goal is to drop 2 lbs, 1/2 a lb a week.

You don’t have to mess with a good thing, but let’s admit it, Whole30 is extremely limited. There’s an active “slow carb” diet community here on Reddit, which might be of interest if you want to slightly expand your options but keep some of the features of Whole30.
