So I just did my 2 days weekend fast and I feel accomplished. I prepared a good amount of healthy food to break my fast. Vegetables and fruits. But I noticed that I got full before even finishing all my food. I only ate half of it. Is that normal?
What’s important with your plan is making sure you’re getting enough calories and nutrients in. So if it takes you a while longer to get it in, then take the time.
You might also want to note what you’re eating each day to make sure that you’re getting a variety of foods and nutrients in during the week in case you don’t get to your caloric goals.
