Go for it. IF for me has been amazing. I lost 14 kg over 10 months and I can honestly say I have never looked and felt better. I have more energy and greater focus and more importantly, I sleep so much better. My advice to you is to start off slowly and give your time time to get used to fasting and also, not to expect results so soon.
