Is this still a good way to see results? I know most people in this sub really push it to days even, but I’m experimenting with daily 18 hours, sometimes pushing to 20 when I can. I’m also on keto and doing cardio while fasted.
I typically do 20-22 hours daily. Close to OMAD but prefer to do a double dose of protein if I can. Plenty of people see results they love on 16:8 so I think your protocol will work well if it’s the one you can stick to the best 👍🏼
