My tip is have a meal at 5pm and start you fast straight after… By 5pm the next day you will be around 24hrs into your fast. For me it’s much easier to start the fast this way because I get my sleeping hrs a jump start into my fast…. It just makes it easier.

Drink?

You want to slowly adapt to this, if 11 hours is all you can do at first, thats fine. The effects of dry fasting are cumulative and add up over time, you don’t have to throw yourself straight into a 24 hour, or 3 day, or 7 day.

Slowly adapt to this. If you need to drink at 5pm, drink at 5pm. Thats exactly what I do, you’re still getting a 23 hour dry fast each day.
