i am on a very low budget unfortunately, but i need to do IF because it just make me feel so much better. But i can’t figure out a good diet plan and cant afford to see a nutritionist , i am not picky or allergic to anything, please help me!!
I’ve lost 8kg’s this summer with just berries, water and mostly fried eggs and chicken, also take vitamin supplements, and again don’t forget to drink atleast 4 liters of water everyday, AND also weight yourself EVERYDAY in the morning after taking the bathroom, I use this app called weightfit which doesn’t have ads or subscriptions but u can even write it on paper, the goal is to visualize progress, if you weigh yourself everyday you will probably keep on sticking with your dirt and goal, and I would suggest lifting weights a few times a week and also have 2 simple meals with less carbs than usual + fasting 16-17 hours after dinner.
My favorite OMAD is a 3 egg omelet with whatever you can find. My favorite is spicy pork, spinach, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Ill also throw in other meats and veggies like asparagus, broccoli, radish. My second favorite is veggie stir fry. Both are super easy and cheap.
