I need to complain a minute to people who will understand (and maybe get advice).

I’m on day five, and my mouth tastes so gross. SO gross, you guys. Does anyone have any tips? I can handle the weakness and muscle aches, but the taste in my mouth has got to go.

In your mouth or is it your breath, like the back of the throat? It could just be ketones if so. As such, more toothbrushing is really the only thing. I suppose you could mouthwash but I don’t know enough about that stuff to say if you should do it more than once or twice a day.
