I started IF last November 2021 on a 16:8 window and I’ve noticed a lot of changes. My skin looks better and my hair grows faster. I noticed that I have deeper sleep and more energy throughout the day. My waist went down to two inches and I’ve never been happier. I don’t want to use a scale for now because I’m too scared to try it, but I’m loving the results so far. This is my new lifestyle and I’m happy with it. I’d occasionally drink alcohol in the weekends, but I keep track of that too.
I wake up pretty early but I think it may be because of my calorie restriction… I might be eating anywhere from 900-1200 but IF + the light exercise/walking pushes my calories consumed down towards 300-500kc
