I reduced my eating window to 4-6 hours a day and I am no longer hungry. Ever. I mean ever.

Is this normal? Will my appetite return? It’s been a few weeks and I’m starting to get concerned. I eat healthy, whole foods and stay around 1500 calories which is about a 700 calorie deficit for me.

I wish I were you. I’m hungry all the time and wish I could lose my appetite. I eat low carb and everything and I’m still always hungry. Well not always. Not when I’m eating but shortly after and famished from 7 a.m.-12 when I break my fast. I don’t have anymore weight to lose but I don’t want to gain it back but regardless I eat 1600-2000 calories every day. Female 5’7” 140 lbs. I’m all muscle.
