I don’t know what ketone smells like, nor did I experienced keto breath, but I also noticed that whenever I water fast for more than 24 hours I have to take a bath 3 times a day (morning-lunch-evening), because whenever I fast without bathing 3x/day, my armpit smells like someone who haven’t had a bath for months even if I’m wearing deodorant. I don’t even have body odor normally when I don’t fast. 🥲
