So I’m doing 16/8, it’s going relatively okay, but I feel bloated and my stomach cramps won’t really go away, if I breathe in heavy it hurts more. Am I doing something wrong?
Any change in diet will have an impact on your digestion. What do your meals look like?
If you’re concerned you should see a doctor. I know that’s not an option for many in the US so if you can’t then take a look at what you are eating. Maybe you are eating too fast, or too much of something you have a sensitivity to that you didn’t notice when your meals were more spread out.
