So I’ve always been more petite my whole life till graduating high school in 16’ then the weight just pilled on. I’m 5’4 and last year once I saw 155 on the scale I started to panic. My face was bigger..stomach..in all the wrong places. I used to babysit (could eat whenever) & with the shutdown just ate/drank whatever, whenever. So in august I got a desk job that is a lot of paperwork/busywork and what not. My hours are 9-5 Monday through Friday. I would never have time to eat from being so busy & just wouldn’t think about it. I’d usually get to eating by 2-3 or sometimes wouldn’t have time till I got home at 5:30. This just became a normal thing for me. Well it’s January 19th 2022 so it’s been almost 6 months and I’m 133 pounds! Everyone was like wow u look pretty good I didn’t even realize anything was changing? Then I noticed I wasn’t super bloated all the time, digestion was better, and the best part is I didn’t even know literally…still eating any food, not restricting my diet (I was never really into sugary foods though) but I do love fried chicken wings once in. Awhile.❤️❤️ I tried so many things before especially exhaustingly counting my calories which just never worked for me. If you have any doubts, this is your sign to try it. Keep busy & eventually you won’t even be hungry till your window! Good luck yall
Many people are familiar with gaining weight because of jobs that are stressful and/or increasingly sedentary as they move up the ladder. Not as many people seem to make the reverse work. Even if they get a more active job they’ll continue eating at a level that continues to support their current weight.
Lots of lifelong thin people regularly skip meals, if not do IF without naming it and don’t have an eating disorder. Then, they eat a big meal out to dinner with friends or family and everybody says “Look how thin you are even though you eat so much!” It’s not what you do on an occasional day, it’s what adds up hour after hour, day after day, week after week. A lifestyle.
