As title pretty much tells it all, I’ve lost atleast 15 kgs, use to be chubby now ripped.
But wondering if there are any long term health risks for me,
Fyi, either me or my parents have high blood pressure or diabetes problem
Being that you only lost about 15kgs in 8 months, sounds like you’re not eating a significant deficit and will probably level out soon. As long as you’re getting what you need in nutrition you should be fine.
Ask yourself these three questions…
How do you look?How do you feel?How do you perform?
If you are happy with the answers stay the course…but make sure to hit your maintenance calories so you don’t keep losing….
