I've tried intermittent fasting before but now it's hard for me

I, female, tried intermittent fasting before and things were fine and my body responded well to it, but now I’m back to try it again but I have health problems such as calcium deficiency, low hemoglobin, and also I suffer from vitamin D deficiency, I haven’t done long fasting plans but I get tired faster even on days when I don’t do so much work. For example, today I feel a general weakness in my body, a little dizziness, and also a heaviness in my chest I also started IF more than two weeks ago, and there was no significant result in terms of weight loss,

Ps Sorry if there are misspellingsI typing from the phone and have trouble concentrating, It’s also my first post here so I don’t know if I broke the rules or not

Answer

I would def get your levels balanced before you start IF, and also let your doctor know you want to try it. It’s really hard for me too—easy for my husband. We are all different and I don’t think IF is for everyone!

Answer

You haven’t mentioned what timeframe of IF you’re using. If you’re having issues and already suffering from deficiencies, it makes sense to start out with a very gentle gradual plan, low and slow, so you can replenish what you need and not freak out your cortisol levels with the stress of not eating. OMAD or day or longer fasts would be a definite no-no.
