Hey people,
so i read alot about fasting and it seems like for the full effect you need anything between 10 to 14 days. Today i eat about 1500 kalories, tommorow less than 1k and the day after 500. I want to fast solely on water, fruit and vegetable juice to have 200 kalories max. per day. Also bought alot of herbal tea bags and water.
Any tipps before i start? Do i realy need to see a doctor for this?
I do it for the health benefits not for weightloss.

Here’s my honest advice you can eat anything you want but eat one meal a day, you’ll be surprised at how much energy you have during the Day if you only ate at dinner time. No restrictions, you’ll get full quicker and eat good food. No will power needed & your body will be thanking you.
