As someone who is currently on day 7 of my fast, I will tell you to take it slow, and work your way up. There is no rush to this process. Also, if you’re going to be going that long, you’ll need to make sure you’re getting your proper electrolytes, that includes things like sodium, potassium, and magnesium. Also, always listen to your body no matter what. If something doesn’t feel right while you’re fasting, don’t be afraid to break it and try again in the future.
