I would love to hear about how long people have fasted and how much they lost in that time frame. And whether or not they gained back the weight once they went back to eating regularly.
Do a 7 day fast right off the bat. You’ll be amazed at how easy it becomes after the first day. After that, you won’t be afraid of doing long fasts (Although you really shouldn’t go over 7 days).
Remember to mix up some snake juice and start drinking it on day 2 or 3 - whenever you feel lightheaded and you start getting muscle spasms and feel like you need some salt.
I know a lot of people on here say you don’t need Snake Juice on the first day and to wait until you need it. I disagree. Don’t wait until you feel shitty to start drinking it because sometimes headaches or cramps can hit that might make you break early. I’ve done a 6 day fast max and lost 17 lbs. Look into a kidney shot before you break your fast above 72 hours. Do your research. I start with a kidney shot, bone broth 30-45 minutes after, and than a small meal 30-45 minutes after. Most people notice best weight loss between days 2-4.
Edit: oh and salt shots whenever you feel weak or off are really helpful IMO
Lost 12 lbs after 7 days combination dry fast and rolling 48’s (SJ) with a tight 2 hour refeed window 1500 cal.All the motivation you need will be in some before pics and make sure you take them because 1 week in you will be noticeably leaner.
