Okay. To start, I’ve tried IF before and loved it. Not too sure why I stopped but I did.
Anyways, I found that not eating until about 12pm worked best for me. That meant I would skip breakfast and eat lunch and dinner. The issue is, I am in classes in the morning. My stomach sounds like I will explode at any moment with how loud it growls. It’s so embarrassing and I end up focusing soooo much on trying to make it stop rather than focusing on class. This is the main reason why I’ve been stalling on starting IF again.
Does anyone have any tips on how to make the super loud stomach growling stop??
It’s for this reason I can’t skip breakfast. I prefer to go to bed a little hungry, because then I can eat as soon as I wake up, and most of my hungry hours are spent sleeping, when I’m not aware of it. I understand that can be difficult if trying to conform to your family’s schedule, however.
