Congrats on your amazing achievement so far! Iāve always been around the ālast 15 lbsā stage and Iāve found that only OMAD was effective for me. Now I rarely have a longer eating window/more than one meal in a day and itās been working super well. If youāre getting stuck, you may benefit from 1) having your one meal earlier in the day, as there are some studies showing reduced hunger and more fat loss/smaller waistline measurements from eating earlier and 2) moving some of those 18:6 days to longer fasting times/OMAD to spend more time in fat burning mode.
