I will lose 13 pounds until September

Hi girls!!

So, I have lost about 20 kg in the last years (44 pounds) and now I have my last stubborn 6kg (13pounds) to lose.

I will lose them until September.

I am doing OMAD most of the days and 18:6 the rest of the time.

Any tips you have for me?

Congrats on your amazing achievement so far! I’ve always been around the “last 15 lbs” stage and I’ve found that only OMAD was effective for me. Now I rarely have a longer eating window/more than one meal in a day and it’s been working super well. If you’re getting stuck, you may benefit from 1) having your one meal earlier in the day, as there are some studies showing reduced hunger and more fat loss/smaller waistline measurements from eating earlier and 2) moving some of those 18:6 days to longer fasting times/OMAD to spend more time in fat burning mode.
