Idea pattern for fasting?

I’m new to dryfasting and have been able to do OMAD for the past two weeks. What is the most effective but safe pattern to dryfast for weight loss?

Are people doing rolling 48s of dry fasting and breaking with one meal or do people only dry fast one day a week? What’s optimal but safe?

20:4 everyday. There’s a study that shows the bacteria in your gut follow a diurnal rhythm, so try not eating from dawn to dusk and not eating from dusk to dawn and see the difference. Personally, only eating and drinking at night has done wonders for me.
