I’m looking for ideas for quick, protein-packed “dinner” food to end my ending window while I’m at work. I see clients 4 pm to 8 pm and only have a few minutes between appointments. I’d like to eat my last meal by 5 pm, something that will hold me over until the following day when I break my fast around 10 am. I just don’t have time to sit down and eat a full meal. Is a protein shake my best bet? Help appreciated!
You see little packages of these at stores, but the kind of thing you are after is meat bites, cheese bites and nuts, and maybe boiled eggs.
Quick, not sloppy, not messy, where you can have 16 total bites but maybe only take four bites four separate times.
I’d meal plan that based on calories, and include that protein drink as a back pocket item in case you need it.
In this scenario, celery sticks and carrot sticks are probably also useful.

.2. Can you put a crock pot or insta-pot in your break room? Because there are a ton of ways to make high protein meals that rewire little more than dumping ingredients in, turning it on and walking away.
